Abou PSP got a new PSP(System Software 3.95) do not know how to install downloaded games on to it..

Then please tell me how to get a custom firmware and install games on to psp..
please give me step by step procedure of how to download custom firmware and install it on to PSP(My PSP System Software 3.95)..

Got some doubts

1.why should we downgrade psp from such a high version to low version.
2.Once downgraded can we upgarde it again.
3.Downgrading PSP has any effect on playing UMD games(B’cos i have one.. NFS carbon)
4.they are asking to use Pandorer’s Battery. What is that and why do we need it..
(If u have one can u please send it to me some how..If it is a big file plz send it thru megaupload.)
5. My psp system software is 3.95.. to what should i exactly downgrade it..plz send exact
downgrade version and where will i get it.
6.Finally plz solve my problem..got my PSP some weeks ago and i have not yet started playing games on it and i am dying to play..games r too
expensive about 1400 INR
7.Please give me full step by step procedure of doing it from the scratch..just like this
