Are the graphics better in GTA vice city stories than Liberty stories?(I'm asking about the psp versions)?

I haven't gooten it yet but I'm thinking about it. Now I just want the game graphic wise, oh , and if you can tell me if you could do more stuff in one or another, that'd be great. Someone help me before I have to choose by myself without a second opinion.
