Can i store my Zune Collection on a USB Flash Drive?

I Keep my Zune Collection on my USB Flash Drive and it Recently Stopped Working with my Zune Software. Under Settings if you go to the Monitored Folders Section for Music it will show the Location of my music on the USB Flash Drive but when i go to my Collection the Music is gone. Right Now my zune collection is in My Music folder of My Documents. Can i still use my USB Flash Drive for my Zune Collection or No.
