can somebody tell me how to jailbreak my iPod touch running 2.0 firmware???

I have a 16gb iPod touch that is running on 2.0 firmware, and my computer is using windows! (not a mac)! So are there any ways that are simple to jailbreak it? Please include full, step by step, instructions :)
