Downloaded Flash Video on Realplayer and converting to be ZUNE Compatible?

I download some videos off YouTube using that Realplayer. It's Flash videos so it can't be uploaded onto the ZUNE 30GB without being converted and encoded or something.

I need a program that really works, I've used others but it doesn't tend to work.

ZUNE is compatible with MP4.
