Downloading Itunes… Again. more details below?

OK… so i got my i-pod like a year ago right and i downloaded it fine. Then i got lime wire. I got like 200 viruses so i had to bring it to the store. The only thing they could do was to get rid of all my files and completely take off all excess programs such as Microsoft word and I-TUNES… sucky right? well i still have my ipod and i cant seem to download I-tunes back on to the computer. please help

How can I put whatever programs I want on my Ipod Touch? Is there something I can download to do that?
