Get Music on My Zune?

Can someone please give me step by step, thorough instructions, on how to get these songs on my Zune? I've had this for 2 years, no problems. Now I reconnected, and they had some garbage update, with a TOTALLY different menu and set up, and I have NO clue how to sync my songs? Ive got some in folders and need to get them on my Zune and make a new playlist. I swear MS is garbage. Im thinking about just selling this thing and getting an Ipod. The sync interface is SO much easier than this crap Zune!
