We've changed from using windows to Ubuntu….Ubuntu is a complete Linux-based operating system but we're having a slight problem with the conversion of our itunes as they're not all coming across only some plus none of our album covers are converting…….has anyone got this? If so can you please assist us with our problem?

just guessing but it maybe the DRM in most of the itunes stuff ( music and videos are now offered by itunes)
did you know if you lose the copy license to your songs and videos from itunes technically they do not have to reissue you new ones so you may have to buy them again but most times if you call there tech support they will reissue them out of the kindness of there hearts
read the license that you agreed to when you signed up ( unless they changed it in the last year)

ummm… i dont know personally but in my experience with using linux a better place to ask questions like this is on the official ubuntu forums. more people there with experience who will know how to fix it…
