How can I configure GPRS in NOKIA 3220?

I have Airtel cellular provider.
many times I sent text SMS 'PLIVE' to 170. Thier SMS reply says " we will activate whithin 24 hours, 3 days passed they did nothing for me
I am very sad I Can use internet until GPRS activates in my mobile
