How can i transfer files from zune into my computer folders?

i have a zune 30gb, i did the forget device button, so i could delete media off of my computer because i needed the memory, but also so it wont
delete the media already synced in my zune. but now when i set up a new connection, my videos\music wont show up in the 'device>videos\music' so i
cant sync those back into my computer folders. shouldnt it show all the videos\or music synced into my zune?
does anyone know how i could possiblly fix this?
