How can we downgrade firmware 3.80 to custom firmware on PSP Slim & Lite?

Could you please tell me the site where I could downgrade this firmware?
I want to know whether we could downgrade it before I buy this PSP Slim & Lite.
Is it possible to downgrade the firmware in PSP fat?
