How do I put videos onto my ipod that I download from YouTube?

  Try converting the flash videos into more popular formats so that iTunes can pick it up and transfer it to your iPod.

  What format did you download the video in? YouTube videos are in .flv format, but to work on the iPod they need to be converted to either .mp4 or .mov format.

  Not to worry, there are plenty of free online converters - my favorites are Zamzar and Youconvertit (google 'em … Y!A won't let me post links right now).

  Afterwards, open iTunes and go to File > Add File to Library. Add the converted video. Then sync your iPod. It'll show up under Videos.

  iPod can only play mp4 videos. If your videos are the right videos, you can transfer them to ipod directly with iTunes. If your videos are not the right formats, such as YouTube flv videos, you need to convert them to iPod MP4 formats with a converter:

  E.M. Youtube video download tool.

  (1)DOwnload youtube video;
  (2)Convert it to Ipod video (iPod Mp4);
  click "Convert flv to video"–> "New Task" —>"Change Formats"–>"Apple video"–>"iPod Mpeg4" or "iPod mov Mpeg4" — "Convert Now";
