Download the programs FLV CONVERTER and WinAVI MP4 Converter. If your done install it.
These are the process you are going to do:
1. Open the program Flv converter.
2. browse for the files to be converted.
3. select the destination of the files being converted
4. Convert.
5. The process in converting FLV to MPEG ended.

Let's proceed in converting mpeg to MP4 format.
6. Open the WinAVI MP4 Converter.
7. select the file format you desired.
8. Brows for the files to be converted.
9. select the destination of the files being converted
10. Convert.
11. The porcess of MPEG to MP4 ended.

Now it is up to you if the Iphone you are currently using is via card ur directly transfer files using the USB cable.
