i downloaded a TV show from a TV Torrent site, but my zune storage place wont pick it up b/c its a torrent.?

i went to certain sites and tried to convert it, but still it wont. i downloaded utorrent, and it still wont work. i just want to know how to convert the Tv show torrent into an MP4 format to play it on my zune.

give me something new to work with. i really want to watch the show on my zune.
