I have a few pirated DVDs which I want to convert into ipod format, but the video is in many parts. Help!!?

You know the pirated DVDs you get from the Far East, I want to convert them into ipod format. I guess they're already decrypted so all I need to do is convert them then. But the video is in 4 (or more) parts, how do I join it to make the whole movie?? I hate having parts of a movie on my ipod. After one part gets over, start the other one —that's annoying. I've never tried Videora, will it join the movie and convert it into Ipod format?? Any other free programs I could download to do the trick?? Also can you gimme a comprehensive list of movies that I can put onto my ipod??
