Iphone 3g pay as you go?

Will the new iphone 3g be coming out as pay as you go on the july 11th or a later date, will it be as simply as just buying the pay as you go iphone and thats it, and how much will the iphone pay as you go cost? thank you
JUst to let you no you can get it on pay as you go it is stated on the 02 website and what does : you will have to buy it with the plan mean?
