iPOD help. Please!?

so here is the deal. I originally had my ipod all setup on this laptop , i used this laptop for everything for my ipod you know the basics (itunes, installation and everything) well then i used iDUMP to transfer songs to the itunes on this computer and when i redownloaded the songs to my ipod (when it says if you sync it will erase songs off of ipod and put the ones in then itunes on to ur ipod) so i was like ok cus i had all my songs transferred, so i clicked ok and i did it, but i had 14 bought songs from Itunes and I cant get them back because I dont think my laptop is working. ARE THERE ANY FREE WAYS THAT I CAN GET MY PURCHASED ITUNES MUSIC AND VIDS BACK??
