iPod Touch question?!?

Okay right now i have a third gen. 4gb nano, and it has 231 songs, 12 videos, 4 games, and four audiobooks on it. i want to get an 8gb. ipod touch, but i don’t necessarily want to have more music, but more vides, say like 20 or so. and some photos too. i also don’t want to spend like a gajillion dollars for a 16gb. do you think an 8gb. will work for me?!? why or why not?
