Is it safe to go one one the get a free PS3 websites?

I want a ps3 and I don't have the money. I get $20.00 a week from me mom and I'm trying to find a job but nothing has come up. I'm 18 and I don't have a credit card. So with my 20 a week it would take 6 months. So is there any website I can get a 80GB PS3 for free or buy one for $200 on ebay or something like ebay. Please don't be mean about me finding a job and this is not a sob story. I hope someone can help.
