my video is in the right format for Zune…?

but somehow when i try to sync it.. i get error code
( C00D002F )

What does that mean?
How can i fix that so i can put the videos in?
my videos were in AVI format but i've converted them into WMV which is the format for zune and i could watch them with the program just fine but when i try to sync the videos into my zune to carry around it wont let me..
giving the error code shown above.

is it because the file is too big? or.. they're about 600 mb each.
