Problems with my Zune

I have a 4 GB Zune, and have had it for about 5 months. I’ve dropped it maybe once since I’ve had it, and that was about 2 months ago… However, I decided to listen to it this morning, and It didn’t turn on. I tried resetting it, charging it, and switching it from unlocked to locked repeatedly, but NOTHING seems to work. When I plug it into my computer, nothing happens. My computer doesn’t detect anything plugged in, and my Zune does not respond. Are there similar problems with other Zunes of the same model? Should I return and get an upgrade?
