Which Ps3 game?

i am going to buy my first PS3 and i need a good starting game. Im considering COD4, Battlefield Bad Company, Metal Gear 4, Haze, resistance, and thats about it. NOTE i do not want a recommendation for GTA4
i dont want GTA4 yet, im wating first
if anyone has played battlefield bad company please let me know how you liked it, i have played COD4 and i dont know which is better(for multiplayer) is meta gear fun to play online?im a main multiplayer person! thanks for the help
