I purchased and attempted to download a few songs and received error message C00D11E2: ¡°Window Digital rights management component is corrupted¡±.
(Windows XP)
First, I deleted the DRM folder (normally located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM), rebooted and attempted again to download the songs using the restore tool in the software but this time got a new error message (C00D12E2: ¡°A security update is required by Zune Marketplace Content provider¡±). The DRM folder had recreated itself giving me a new error message now. After receiving that message I once again went to the folder and this time renamed it ¡°DRMbackup¡± instead of deleting it. This resolved my issue and I was able to restore my purchased music.
You would still have to enable the ¡°show hidden folders¡± option and rather than searching for it through DOS use the Folder explorer (View/Explorer bar/Folders) option. This way you can see the folder and rename it. I tried doing it through DOS and it kept telling me it could not find the specified file or folder.
I hope this helps!

Does
anyone else think the samsung instinct sucks compared to the apple iphone?
I¡¯ve had the Instink for 20 days and just sent it back today. Horrible phone
all around. I do like the haptic feedback and the GPS is by far the best feature
on the phone. However everything else is mediocre. The touchscreen is adequate
and you can find your way around easily. apps and games are very expensive
15+ dollars each for most of them and the variety is very limited. The worst
2 features on the phone are the TV which is fairly worthless and the horrible
web browser. I was really looking forward to having real web capability but
the interface is so difficult it is virtually unusable. I could not click
the links most of the time and had to turn the touch sensitivity down to the
lowest setting to get the links to work. I just basically stopped using it
altogether because it just wasn¡¯t fun.
Also I dropped probably 50 calls in 20 days vs. the 5 times in the prior 6
months with the HTC Touch. The instinct does not have the option to set the
phone to roam only. Instead you get sprint only or automatic which forces
the phone to constantly switch to even the faintest Sprint signal and thus
drop your call. Horrible phone¡.. IPhone killer¡HAHAHA! very funny Sprint.
I guess that¡¯s why I now own an IPhone 3G and your Instink is on it¡¯s way
back to you. Jeremy
